Senne Lynen has returned to full team training with Werder Bremen after his injury layoff. The Belgian midfielder took part in the complete session at the Weserstadion on Tuesday, having missed the preparation and matches against RB Leipzig and 1. FC Köln due to abdominal muscle and pelvic problems.
Alongside Lynen, four other players are managing their workload individually. Niclas Füllkrug, Youri Regeer, Ludovit Reis and Chuki are currently training with an adjusted programme inside the stadium. Füllkrug is the team's top scorer this season with two goals in three appearances, with Werder sitting tenth in the Bundesliga on four points.
Jens Stage and Justin Njinmah continue their rehabilitation from thigh muscle injuries. Keke Topp is recovering from an ACL tear and Moussa Ndiaye from groin problems. Felix Agu, who made his comeback last week, continues with his build-up training plan.
The squad is preparing for the home match on Saturday against third-placed FC Augsburg. The last meeting between the two sides ended goalless in December 2025.
