Werder Bremen has signed 22-year-old striker Chuki from Real Valladolid. The young player brings experience from Spain's top leagues. "Chuki is a really exciting player who already has experience in Spain's top two divisions at a young age," said Werder Bremen's head of professional football, Peter Niemeyer. "He is an attacking midfielder with a lot of potential, and we want to help him make the most of that potential here at Werder." Chuki added: "I'm happy and confident that Werder is the best possible club for me and the right step in my career. I'm grateful for the trust being shown in me and hope I can help the club continue to develop." The 22-year-old scored seven goals and provided eight assists in 34 appearances in Spain's second division in the 2025/26 season.
