Werder Bremen is looking for a new coach. After Horst Steffen's dismissal, the club is driving the search for a successor forward.

Who is the favorite?

Daniel Thioune, former HSV coach, is the favorite for the position. The 51-year-old was replaced by former Werder coach Markus Anfang at Fortuna Düsseldorf in October 2025.

Why is Thioune the favorite?
